Our Services

The Right Fit Fitness emphasizes proper technique and challenging workouts. Sessions are one hour and the workouts are individually tailored to each client. We design programs that are fun and evolving as no program will yield results unless you are motivated to move.


Personal Training (One-on-One or Two Person Training)

From start to finish, it’s all about you. The first session will involve an assessment: evaluating posture, functional movement, flexibility and core strength. A program will be set up based on the results of the assessment and the client's goals.

Small Group Training / Class

You pick your friends, your time and your type of workout! Session may include any combination of: core and abdominals, bootcamp, strength circuits, pre and post natal, weight loss or stretch. Outdoor circuits are optional within season. Small equipment can be provided including: bands, hand weights, Gymsticks, balls and stability boards. Recommended group size is 3-6 people.

Corporate Training

Whether or not your company has access to a gym, individual or group training sessions can make a huge difference to the energy level and productivity of the office environment. If you don’t have time to leave the office, it is the perfect opportunity to have the training come to you. Investing in a one-day workshop or on-going sessions is a great way for companies to participate in the health and well being of their staff.
